Our Mission

Nurses for Newborns provides a safety net for families most at-risk in order to prevent infant mortality, child abuse and neglect by providing in-home nursing visits which promote healthcare, education, and positive parenting skills.

Donate

Your financial support ensures that Nurses for Newborns can continue to elevate children from situations of crisis and despair into positions of safety and hope. We are eternally grateful for your generosity.

Our Services

We provide a wide variety of vital services depending on the specific need of the family and the newborn. This allows us to tailor our visits to assist with the various risk factors including poverty, depression, violence, education and medically fragile babies.

Volunteer

Our volunteers are the lifeblood of our organization. There are so many different ways to help, each of them is as important as the next. Whether you can sort donations, organize events, help with office work or have another unique service you can offer – please contact us and know that every volunteer touches the lives of each of the families we help.

Nurses for Newborns does not discriminate on the basis of race, color or national origin (Title VI).  Complaints or concerns should be sent to Amanda Peltz, Title VI Coordinator (615) 313-9989
